What areas do you service?
All of Southern California! If you live in Orange,
Los Angeles, or San Diego County, than we service your
area! Please note, our office is located in Orange
County and we will only do estimates over the phone for Los
Angeles and San Diego County.
How long does it take to install?
Each installation is different and it is hard to say exactly how long it will take. However, a minimum of
6 hours is usually standard, with 2-3 laborers.
Do you provide the lights?
We will either install your preexisting lights or we will be more than happy to supply that which we have, for a set price.
If there is a particular light brand or style you have in
mind, we can get a hold of it!
What about supplies?
We come prepared with all necessary supplies to install your lights. Extension cords, surge protectors, adaptors, and timers are all included in the price of install on a rental basis.
Is my home or business too big?
There is no such thing as a big house or business, unless we are decorating the White House.
No home or business is too intimidating and no home or business is too difficult.
We have installed lights on four story homes without hesitation.
Is my home or business too small?
We don't just work with big homes and businesses.
Don't feel as though your small home or business is not worth our attention.
We are here to cater to all your light and decoration installation needs.
As said in Jurassic Park, "We don't just cater to the
super rich."
Is my home or business too difficult?
Over the years, we have encounter a vast array of challenging homes and businesses, but always to success.
If you have a fragile roof with shingles that easily break, we can handle it.
If you do not have anything to hang lights from...we will find a clean and non-destructive
way to do so. We work over and under objects and heights don't bother us.
What happens if there is a problem after the lights are installed?
Our installation comes with a 100% guarantee against manufacture and installation defects! If any time after installation, a strand of lights goes out, we will be right over to fix it absolutely free.
If we provided and installed the lights, if need be, we will replace it at no additional cost.
In addition, lets say a strong wind knocks something over, than we will set it back the way it was,
at no additional cost. If there is a power outage, than
we will be glad to reset the timers back on schedule.
Do you take down lights?
Lights are always fun to put up, but no one ever wants to take them down.
We will take down your lights whether we installed them or you
installed them yourself. The installment cost includes
the take down cost as well. If you installed your lights
and wish to have us take them down, please contact us for an
estimate.
What is the earliest that you will install Christmas lights
and decorations?
We work on your schedule and as early as you want them installed...they will be installed. We also, put up wedding lights, party lights, etc. around the year.
Our busiest time is immediately after Thanksgiving. If
you wish to have us install your Christmas lights before
Thanksgiving, we offer a 5% discount, when you make mention of
this discount.
What is the latest that you will install Christmas lights
and decorations?
We will install Christmas lights and decorations as late as December 23.
We will make exceptions for a December 24 installation, for an
additional fee.
Do you provide decorations?
We will be more than happy to provide you with whatever decoration we can get our hands on.
It doesn't matter the size or the cost involved...anything is possible.
We have our own catalog that you are more than happy to browse
through.
Do you put up lights for other occasions (i.e. weddings, parties, etc.)?
Whatever the occasion, whatever the need, we are here for
you all year-round. There is no job too big and there is no job too small.
We try to be available at the drop of a dime...schedule permitting.
